So we had, or you could say I had a bad day yesterday. It started out okay. I was preparing my lesson and Kelsie came in and said she wasn't feeling good. I have to mention Hollie was over last night sick and Aaron was feeling sick all morning. So I thought "CRAP" here we go with the dang sick thing that's going around. Ok so Aaron and I had to make a plan because we both had to teach lessons at church but at different times. So I decided I would go teach my lesson and end it early, my teaching partner could sit with our class the last 10 minutes so I could hurry home and Aaron could make it in time for his lesson. Great idea! It didn't go quit like that.
I wasn't going to go to sacrament meeting and just show up when it was time for class. But I decided I needed to be an example to my kids and take the boys to church. I do have to say I have NEVER gone to church alone with the kids without Aaron, and there are reasons. So I took Bridger and Garret with me to church. We got to church and as we were getting out Bridger jumped out of the car and didn't land on his feet but on his knee. He starts screaming and crying and of course it attracts attention to me. (I don't really like attention) I have me arms full with my lesson book, church bag, and carrying Bridger with Garret running along side me. I took him in and washed his knee off and he was fine other than we didn't have a band aid or bubbles-hydrogen peroxide. They were really good through sacrament and towards the end Garret kept saying he wanted to go to class and he never wants to go to class. When it was time to go to class Bridger went like always and sat with his class and Garret went like always throwing a fit. HA!HA! So I take him back with me to sit with my class and then noticed my partner isn't here today and so our plan wasn't going to work as we planned. It was okay I would figure something out. So here I am still fighting with Garret to go to class and decided to walk him down to my class room. He just stands there starring at me and then he grabs his tummy saying hit hurts. GREAT now Garret is feeling sick, I didn't want to take the chance of him filling his diaper, cause I don't have another one and I have to teach a lesson. So now I am in a mess! I hurry and go find the Primary President in the chapel tell her the story and she says it was fine and she would find someone to feel in. So I have Garret's hand and start walking with Sister Barrus and Garret thinks I'm talking him to his class and he starts pulling back but I keep walking and then he twists around and hits his head on a bench and gets a huge goose bump on his forehead. Now he is screaming and crying for Daddy. We found a substitute and I went home. Then after being home for about 30 minutes I start feeling so sick. What a day!
WoW! I have now decided I will never go to church alone again with my cute little boys. THE END! HA!HA!

A Monthly Update
I can't believe we are already to March. February came and went so fast. We must have done so pretty exciting things, I guess. So What did we do exactly? Kelsie and I took a trip to Boston, to visit my most favorite older sister AmyJo. It was her birthday and I thought want a perfect present to give her, "ME"!! Haha! We had fun. Amy hosted her own birthday party and I got to meet some of her friends. They all seemed really nice and I wished I had some friends that I could hang out with. (I better start getting to know people in my ward) While we were in Boston we went to the Science Museum. It is a huge museum! We got to ride on the train/subway and that was fun, Kelsie thought it was a blast. We also went candle stick bowling. The pins are straight like a candlestick and the balls are really small and light. It was really fun. Thank you Amy for letting us play with you.
So on Valentines Day, I woke up really early and went with Cherri to the annual 97.1 Dive for Diamond Ring in a huge cake. It was so much fun and I think I will do it again next year. You might be wondering if I found the ring? Nope but it was still worth the yucky, chocolate, muddy mess. Later that evening my Sweet husband took me to dinner and a movie. We saw Fools Gold - It was pretty good but I would wait to see it on DVD.
Last week it finally warmed up and I took the kids to the park. It was a perfect jacket day. It felt like we were FREE! Kelsie crossed the bars, Garret went up and down the slide, and Bridger tried climbing up everything.
This past weekend Michelle (Johnson) blessed her cute baby Bailey. So we had a little road trip to Cedar City. It was a very long car ride. When we pulled into the parking lot of Best Western, Kelsie got really excited and said "I LOST MY TOOTH"! She lost her very first tooth. She has been wiggling it for weeks maybe months. Well the kids were so excited to go swimming in the hotel pool, they swam all night long and they went to bed so fast too. But at about 3 in the morning Bridge started to cough and woke us all up. Kelsie checked under her pillow and found that the tooth fairy had already come. She screamed and jumped up and down on the bed she was so excited. We all eventually went back to sleep though.
Well! that is about it for our monthly update. Check out my little slide show for some pictures of our exciting month of February. Take Care - I love you all!

What Brandilee Means |
![]() You are full of energy. You are spirited and boisterous. You are bold and daring. You are willing to do some pretty outrageous things. Your high energy sometimes gets you in trouble. You can have a pretty bad temper at times. You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something. You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense. You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun. You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection. You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive. You have the classic "Type A" personality. You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals. You are balanced, orderly, and organized. You like your ducks in a row. You are powerful and competent, especially in the workplace. People can see you as stubborn and headstrong. You definitely have a dominant personality. You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing. You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long. You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start. You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow. You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily. Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is. You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together. At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. |

Check out my Slide Show!
So Amy sent me an email a few days ago requesting me to update my blog. So here it is! The slide show is of our Christmas Holiday.
The beginning of December we took all the kids, Mom, and Hollie to Hawaii. Hollie's friend Katie and Traci and Kellie came also. It rained just about the entire time. We pretty much had some bad luck on that trip. I totally have to tell the story. So we got there and it was raining, the next day it rained too. When we got back to our condo that night we had a note telling us we had to move to a new condo because the stairs were starting to fall. We moved over to another condo and there was huge ants everywhere. Then the next day it rained again really hard. Kihei flooded and we were out of power for two whole days. It sucked! All the beaches were closed and we couldn't go see the waterfalls either because they were over flowing also. Well it stopped raining 2 days before we went home and we took totally advantage of that. We went to the beach everyday. The last day we had to fit in parasailing so we went early that morning and hurried back to clean up the condo. We did have a fun trip though and now we can look back and just laugh. Who can seriously say they have been to Hawaii and had to were a stink'n' jacket and sweat because you were so cold. HA! HA!
We had a great Christmas. Dad came and stayed with us for Christmas, it was really nice having him here. The kids adore him and won't leave him alone. We did alot of fun things. It actually snowed for Christmas so we were able to pull sled's behind the four-wheelers. Dad of course enjoyed himself.
The snow this year hasn't stopped coming; it seems like it snows really good one day and then we get a break for a couple of days but then it comes back and pounds us with a few more inches. We have been able to build a snow man and use our snowman kit. It's great that we are getting all this snow though, just think what summer will bring. LOTS and LOTS of WATER!!
We really haven't done much lately to report on. Kelsie and I are going to visit Amy and the boys in Boston for Amy's birthday. I am really excited and can't wait.
